Advance Directives

An advance directive is a written or oral statement about how you want your medical decisions made should you not be able to make them yourself and students are encouraged to review information about them. If you already have advance directives in place, be sure to give a copy of them to your provider and they will be placed in your medical record at the Student Health Care Center.
