Who can schedule an appointment at the SHS clinic?

Any registered USF student can have an appointment with Student Health Services.

 

Do I have to make an appointment or can I just walk in and see a clinician whenever I want?

Students may walk in and request to be seen; the clinic operates on a first come first serve basis for these types of requests.  It is best to make an appointment to better serve you in a timelier manner. Students who do not make prescheduled appointments may have a longer wait time.

 

Can I make an appointment online?

Students may request future appointments by using this form on our website.  

 

What should I do if something comes up and I cannot make my scheduled appointment?

Call our scheduling line at 813-974-7474 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule.

 

Do you provide reminders of scheduled appointments?

Currently we do not but will in the near future. Stay tuned to our website for new and upcoming changes!
