Kick the Habit and the Addiction!

USF students have access to tobacco cessation consultations by a certified tobacco treatment specialist at SHS Health Promotion. With the consultation, students may also receive over-the-counter nicotine replacement including the nicotine patch, gum, and lozenges. Both the appointments and the nicotine replacement are offered free of charge. Stop by SHS Health Promotion, located in the SHS Annex, in the outside lower level of the Bookstore, of call for more information.  Also available are free Way2Quit Kits which include helpful steps to quit and a coupon for nicotine replacement. 

Tobacco cessation appointments are useful for helping cease all types of tobacco use including cigarettes, chew, pipe, cigar, hookah, and cloves.
